At Custom Paints, we want you to feel as vibrant as our apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. Please note that due to their unique nature, custom-commissioned pieces are eligible for store credit only.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the fabric is free of perfumes or marks.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
